Expert Brand Hub was born out of two things: my own hard seasons as an entrepreneur, and years of watching capable business owners hit the same walls.

Q: How fast can I expect to be booked?

A: After the initial setup period is over, depending on the package you choose, usually 2 to 4 weeks, outreach begins.

We already have relationships with podcast hosts in our network. When one of those shows is a strong fit for your audience and expertise, we can sometimes secure the first booking within the first week after your monthly service begins.

Cold outreach usually takes longer. Some hosts respond quickly, while others review guest requests periodically or book interviews several weeks or months in advance.

The goal is to start building qualified opportunities as soon as your campaign is ready, while giving the booking pipeline time to gain momentum.

Q: How many podcast interviews can I expect per month?

A: Our first priority is quality over quantity. The goal is to get you in front of the right audiences, not simply book as many interviews as possible.

Most clients can expect around 2 to 4 interviews in the first month or so, depending on the niche, targeting criteria, and host availability. Podcast booking also has a natural lag because many hosts batch-record episodes and schedule guests several weeks, sometimes months, in advance.

During the setup period, we establish your priorities, targeting criteria, and expectations. As the campaign builds, outreach, active conversations, confirmed bookings, and upcoming interviews begin moving at the same time.

We also provide regular reporting so you can see what is being pitched, what is converting into conversations, and how the booking pipeline is developing.
